Senior Unity Developer

Senior 3D Unity Game Developer (Part-Time or Full-Time, Remote)

Platform: PC / Steam | Engine: Unity | Availability: Full-time or Part-time (Remote)

About the Compensation Model

This role operates on a revenue-share basis rather than a fixed salary. As a new, small studio developing our first three PC games for Steam, we’ve chosen a straightforward collaboration model:

  • You contribute to our projects.
  • Upon game launch, you receive your agreed share of the revenue. This is not a co-founder or equity offer—just a transparent partnership for Unity developers passionate about crafting games with a small, dedicated team.

About TINK TEAM LTD

We’re a UK-based technology company and an emerging independent game development studio, currently developing three simultaneous projects. Our focus:

  • High-quality 3D gameplay with cinematic experiences.
  • Modern Unity workflows, optimized for technical excellence. As we scale our team, we’re seeking a Mid–Senior 3D Unity Game Developer to help build the technical backbone of our upcoming titles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
