Senior US E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities Collaboration & Cross Functional Partnership Proactively support the team in raising and addressing trading requests while maintaining clear visibility and communication with senior leadership regarding priorities and any declines. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of new site setups. Collaborate with the Development team to implement, test, and optimise website changes that improve conversion rate (CVR). Lead and manage wider cross-functional projects as required. Site & Trading Execution Take full ownership of assigned websites, ensuring junior team members maintain site standards and implement required updates. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital touchpoints. Support and mentor junior team members through competitor research, product mix analysis, and pricing strategy reviews to identify growth opportunities and performance improvements. Analysis & Optimisation Monitor and evaluate territory performance against targets and expectations. Analyse product mix and weighted availability to ensure the optimal balance that maximises revenue. Track customer trends to improve customer satisfaction and overall site performance. Focus on increasing units and orders by identifying opportunities to grow and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs). Use analytical tools such as PowerBI and Google Analytics (GA) to identify, implement, and measure site improvements, with a particular focus on mobile performance, customer journey optimisation, and conversion rate growth. Analyse KPIs including: Revenue (MoM / YoY) Average Order Value (AOV) Conversion Rate (CVR) Traffic Gross Profit Gross Margin % Assess the wider impact of front-end and back-end changes, providing feedback on business implications, risks, and improvement opportunities. Prepare and distribute daily and weekly trading performance reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Leadership & Team Development Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members. Promote best practices in trading, site management, and performance analysis. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. Support team capability development through knowledge sharing and mentoring. Skills & Experience Required Strong experience in e-commerce trading Advanced analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and business reporting tools. Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercial actions. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience managing website optimisation initiatives and conversion rate improvements. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, including reporting to senior leadership. Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
