Senior UX Designer
Rate: Up to £570 pd Inside IR35 via umbrella
Duration: Initial 6 months, scope for extension
Location: Hybrid - Leeds (2 days on site)
Our well known banking client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their growing product team, designing intuitive and engaging investment and pension experiences. You'll play a key role in improving digital products for new investors, helping to create user-friendly journeys across a hybrid web and app platform.
The Role:
- Design intuitive, user-centred experiences across investment and pension platforms.
- Create engaging user journeys that simplify complex financial products for new investors.
- Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams in a collaborative environment.
- Present and confidently communicate design decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to a growing UX team, sharing knowledge and learning from others.
- Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes and designs using Figma.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer within a regulated environment, ideally financial services.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Strong UX design and user-centred design principles.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
- Experience designing engaging, user-friendly digital applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience improving customer engagement through thoughtful UX design.
