A leading global technology company is looking for a Senior Content Designer (UX) to support high-impact product experiences across a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for a senior UX writing or content design specialist who can shape product narratives, define scalable content patterns, influence design beyond words, and bring clarity to complex user journeys.

Apply, adapt and define UX frameworks, principles, patterns and systems, using writing and design tools to visualise ideas, mock-ups or prototypes. Support the establishment of holistic UX processes, systems, frameworks and patterns across teams or products, helping generate partner support for a design vision. Create innovative UX solutions to user, product and business problems, anticipating evolving writing and design constraints and communicating the rationale for key choices. Guide UX colleagues in concept development, product ideation and research/testing, or conduct research independently to inform UX direction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
