Senior User Interface Designer

Company Overview: Team Creation is a leading iGaming company dedicated to delivering innovative and exciting gaming experiences to players worldwide. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer. You will lead the design and development of our igaming platform's user experience and interface. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually compelling, and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and assist with implementing highly engaging and intuitive user interface and user experience solutions Work closely with the product team including developers, product managers, business analysts, and other relevant stakeholders to produce high quality UI for gaming products and events Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products. Align design solutions with brand strategies and user expectations Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor products to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Qualifications & Skills: At least 6 years of working experience in UI/digital design for web applications especially in gaming or iGaming industry Proven experience in managing and leading design projects, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Solid knowledge of Figma. Proficiency with Adobe Suite tools. Solid understanding of usability, user-centred design, and web standards. Passion for igaming and a deep understanding of player behavior and preferences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is strongly preferred
