🌟 Join Our Team as a Senior UI Designer! 🌟

Are you a passionate and skilled Senior UI Designer ready to craft incredible experiences for millions? We're looking for a bold individual to join our multidisciplinary team in the retail industry!

About the Role:

As a Senior UI Designer, you will:

  • Design intuitive and effective UI solutions for large and small multi-platform projects, transforming complex experiences into simple designs.
  • Own the entire end-to-end UI process, including interaction design, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering design files ready for development.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of UX designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to explore and deliver innovative designs.
  • Champion human-centred design principles and ensure accessibility by promoting inclusive design practices based on WCAG 2.1.
  • Work closely with UX researchers to develop empathy for our users, including those with disabilities, validating designs through A/B testing and usability sessions.

  • 5+ years of experience in UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise across web, responsive, and native applications.
  • Exceptional skills in interaction design and proficiency with Figma and other design tools.
  • A passion for solving complex problems while enhancing user experience.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
