The Opportunity
Digital transformation is most successful when technology is designed around the people who use it. We are looking to speak with experienced Senior UX Consultants for future opportunities to help shape user-centred digital solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for both users and organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of user experience, business change, and digital transformation, helping clients understand user needs, improve service experiences, and design solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and effective. Working across a range of projects and sectors, you will play a key role in ensuring that the voice of the user remains central to decision-making throughout the design and delivery lifecycle.
About The Role
As a Senior UX Consultant, you will lead user-centred discovery and experience design activities, working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and technical teams to understand how users interact with services, systems, and processes.
- Conduct user research through interviews, workshops, and contextual inquiry, gathering insights that help shape future-state solutions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and experience maps that clearly articulate user needs, behaviours, and pain points
- Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, translating business requirements into user-centred design recommendations
- Facilitate usability reviews, validate concepts with end users and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of business cases, change assessments, and future operating models from a user experience perspective
Your Impact
In this role, you will help ensure that digital solutions are designed with a deep understanding of the people who use them. Through user research and discovery activities, you will uncover valuable insights that influence decision-making and help organisations create more effective, accessible, and engaging services.
- Identify user needs, frustrations, and opportunities for improvement to support the design of experiences that drive higher levels of usability, adoption, and satisfaction
- Bridge the gap between business objectives and user expectations, ensuring that digital investments deliver meaningful value and achieve intended outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical experts, and delivery teams to contribute to transformation programmes that improve business processes, enhance service delivery, and create more user-focused organisations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
