The Journey Experience team (comprising Service Design Leads, Researchers and Senior UX Design Specialists) is dedicated to cultural change by championing member-centred design—ensuring every interaction is inclusive, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.

What Will You Be Doing?
You’ll lead complex UX challenges, collaborating across teams to create Delightful member journeys. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing with purpose: Translating business outcomes into user-centred UX activities, aligning with product roadmaps and member insights.
- Data-driven decisions: Using behavioural data, research, and market trends to influence product direction, roadmaps, and prioritisation.
- Full-journey design: Crafting responsive, inclusive, and technically feasible experiences from start to finish.
- Research & validation: Planning and executing usability testing to refine designs iteratively.
- Innovation & adoption: Advancing our design system for scalability, while championing design-thinking principles across the organisation.
- Collaboration & collaboration: Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research to solve problems, co-create solutions, and iterate fast.
- Building capability: Demonstrating stakeholder influence, clear communication, and a shared focus on member value—from ideation to execution.

What We Need From You
A proven senior-level UX specialist with:
✅ 10+ years’ experience in UX design (focused on interaction, visual, and responsive/mobile-first design) ✔ Proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD 🏆 Proven team leadership: Inspiring, guiding, and impacting design-critical decisions at board level ⚖️ Strategic influence: Skilled in balancing member needs, business goals, and technical constraints 🎯 User-centric mindset: Translating complex data and research into practical, intuitive design solutions 🔍 Practical research: Experience conducting usability testing, analysing findings, and driving design improvements ⚓ Regulatory compliance: Solid grasp of WCAG & accessibility standards 🌐 Essential knowledge: Familiarity with service design and content strategy for end-to-end experience mapping 🏋️ Agile adaptability: Thriving in collaborative environments with multi-functional teams ✨ Co-creator: Ability to facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and bring teams together to problem-solve authoritatively
