Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer, where you will focus on enhancing the functionality and user experience of the Personal Health Agent (PHA) by seamlessly integrating complex health data into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will craft compelling health narratives and innovate AI-driven, scalable designs that connect users to a vast network of health services and applications. This role encompasses strategic leadership, hands-on design, and direct collaboration with cross-functional teams to pioneer accessible health technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design ownership & execution: Lead end-to-end design projects within various operational pillars, focusing on user privacy, strategic partnerships, and health ecosystem integration.
  • Strategic impact: Transform intricate health data and ecosystem information into clear, user-friendly experiences that increase engagement and transparency.
  • AI-Driven design & prototyping: Develop innovative, AI-powered solutions that offer personalized and critical health guidance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to align short-term actions with the long-term product vision, ensuring scalable high-quality design across different platforms.
  • Elevate the bar: Enhance UX quality and accessibility, and refine the design language for personal health data experiences.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven UX design expertise: Strong portfolio in end-to-end product design and UX strategies.
  • AI and data-driven design experience: Ability to integrate AI and visualize complex system data.
  • Strong cross-functional communication: Able to lead, influence, and sync with diverse team units effectively.
  • Prior experience in health, fitness, or wellness industries is preferred, especially involving user-facing products.
