Your Role
Do you have the proven ability to turn complex user challenges into clear, actionable insights? Are you passionate about building a research practice and scaling continuous listening channels from the ground up? Can you drive immediate, measurable impact through effective user interviews grounded in robust research methodology?
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join the Group Human Resources & Corporate Services (GHRCS) team to shape our foundational research capabilities and drive user centricity across large-scale employee, buying, real estate and marketing & communication journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a scalable, AI-enabled research framework tailored to complex internal domains spanning employee lifecycle, supply chain, marketing & communications and real estate services
- Build and manage robust research operations, including an active user community and centralized insights repository
- Identify and implement effective mixed-methods approaches for both exploratory discovery and evaluative user testing
- Conduct day-to-day user testing, ensuring fast, actionable delivery of insights to product teams
- Craft compelling research reports that translate raw data into strategic product decisions and demonstrable value
- Champion modern research practices, effectively democratizing insights and influencing product direction without formal authority

Your Team
You will be a founding member of our newly forming Experience Design Center of Excellence (CoE) within UBS Group Functions. We deliver a unified, human-centered and insight-driven product experience across all GHRCS products. You will operate at the intersection of design strategy and hands-on execution, establishing the very same frameworks that will define how we continuously listen to our clients.

Your Expertise
- 5+ years as a senior researcher leading end-to-end research initiatives within complex enterprise environments
- Strong background in Research Operations, with evidenced success in establishing and running user communities and research tooling
- Deep expertise in formulating research strategies and selecting appropriate methodologies
- Exceptional user interviewing skills coupled with a portfolio of research reporting that directly influenced product outcomes
- Ability to operate effectively in environments with varying levels of maturity, actively guiding teams on how to best integrate and leverage research
- Strong data literacy and systems thinking to connect qualitative insights with measurable impact tracking
- Hands-on, can-do attitude with the resilience to hit the ground running, establishing new practices while simultaneously delivering immediate results
