Senior UX/UI Designer - Flex Team

Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) – VML, London

About the Role

Join our dynamic Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) team at VML’s central London office, embedded within a leading automotive client.

This full-time permanent hybrid role is perfect for a skilled designer passionate about creating best-in-class UX/UI for digital experiences—from in-car infotainment systems to customer apps.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll lead design strategies across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring: ✔ Seamless user journeys for automotive products ✔ High-fidelity UI execution with innovation and consistency ✔ Collaborative end-to-end design—from discovery to final design ✔ Stakeholder alignment across product, marketing, engineering, and branding ✔ Data-driven design grounded in user insight ✔ Scalable solutions reinforced through design systems

What We’re Looking For

Automotive-Specific

  • Strong familiarity with automotive UX/UI challenges (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to build confidence with foreign domain terminology and stakeholder expectations
