Go-Ahead London is the capital’s largest bus operator and we employ the overwhelming number of
our 8,000 people at 17 garages, mostly in South East, South West, North East and East London. An
award-winning company with a well-regarded industry reputation, we have opened three new
garages in the last five years and run a quarter of London’s iconic red bus network on behalf of
Transport for London (TfL) using 2,450 vehicles.
We have a number of vacancies for our exciting and newly opened workshop in River Road. The
workshop is carrying out specialist work for all depots in Go-Ahead London. The work we are
currently carrying out and planning is as follows
HVAC Servicing and repairs for EV vehicles Engine rebuilding and fitting Specialist Pro-active campaign work Accident repair centre Specialist EV Work including HV Battery overhauls Major mechanical overhauls to prepare mid-life vehicles for new contract awards In depth Research and development work to improve fleet performance

This workshop will expand to cover lots of other work in the coming months and years. All training
will be given, and you will receive qualifications in F-Gas, IMI Level 4 High Voltage along with
anything else deemed necessary as the workshop expands.

The rate of pay for this post (GS21) is currently £967.44 per week.
