Senior Verification Engineer
PLM Integration Engineer (Quality Team)
Job Overview
Arm is seeking a PLM Integration Engineer to join the Quality team, leading the implementation of a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment for silicon manufacturing.
This role will:
- Coordinate the integration of operational and manufacturing requirements across multiple engineering and business functions into Arm’s PLM system.
- Serve as a technical leader for manufacturing lifecycle management, establishing:
- Scalable PLM governance
- Digital traceability
- Semiconductor lifecycle management capabilities aligned with customer, supplier, and business requirements
The ideal candidate will have: ✔ Proven PLM integration experience in the semiconductor domain ✔ Cross-functional process development expertise
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership during PLM implementation and configuration
- Collaborate with multiple engineering groups to define business requirements and deployment strategies
- Design and introduce:
- PLM governance models
- Operating structures (users/admin hierarchy)
- Efficient workflows for product management
- Establish Product Data, BOM, revision, and configuration management processes
- Set up ECO/ECN, release management, deviation, and NCR/CAPA workflows
- Support integrations with:
- ERP systems
- MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Quality and supplier systems
- Drive manufacturing traceability and supplier collaboration processes

Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Electronics, Industrial, Computer, or Systems Engineering (experience can substitute qualifications)
- Hands-on experience in enterprise PLM solutions, preferably within the semiconductor industry
- Teamcenter or equivalent enterprise PLM platform implementation experience
- Knowledge of:
- ERP/MES integration
- Manufacturing traceability strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative team environment

Salary Range
£97,300 – £131,700 per year (competitive market adjustments may apply).
