Senior Verification Engineer / Senior System Verification Engineer
Semiconductor SoC Verification Practice
Location: Reading, UK
This role is Hybrid within the UK. We encourage applications from professionals who are currently authorized to work in the UK and can commence employment without additional immigration support requirements.

Role Overview
As a Senior Verification Engineer, you will contribute to the verification of next-generation semiconductor products and complex SoC platforms. You will be responsible for developing verification strategies, executing system-level validation, performing root-cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional global engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in:
- SystemVerilog
- UVM (Universal Verification Methodology)
- SoC verification methodologies
- Software-driven verification
- At least one of the specialized domains listed above
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans for complex SoC and subsystem designs.
- Build, enhance, and maintain UVM-based verification environments.
- Create functional, performance, stress, and corner-case verification scenarios.
- Develop software-driven verification frameworks and test environments.
- Perform subsystem and full-chip SoC verification activities.
- Execute regression testing and drive verification closure.
- Analyze failures, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with architecture, RTL, firmware, software, validation, and verification teams.
- Support coverage analysis, quality metrics, and verification sign-off activities.
- Contribute to automation, methodology improvements, and verification best practices.

Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of industry experience in: SoC Verification, System Verification, Semiconductor Product Development, Functional Verification, Hardware-Assisted Verification, Automotive or Networking Semiconductor Platforms
