THE ROLE

Our Versioning Team Leader sits within the Client Services department and are the main contact at DMS for the marketing teams of key global studio clients. We are seeking a Team Leader specialising in the re-versioning of TV and social content for the domestic market. This is a pivotal role that oversees essential client engagement and internal department management which includes key business stakeholders.

  • Responsible for key industry accounts and the main point of contact for clients
  • Managing a team of three people
  • Supporting the team and overseeing complex delivery schedules with the ability to communicate challenges and prioritise work according to tight deadlines
  • Ensuring clients expectations of quality and efficiency are always met. Responding to client queries accurately and efficiently
  • In collaboration with our internal operations teams, acting as a trouble-shooter, swiftly resolving any operational or client issues
  • Managing schedules and placing orders via DMS systems and updating project tracking and distribution software accurately
  • Communicating clearly with offices abroad and within our organisation
  • After hours support for internal operations teams and external clients and vendors. May include weekend working

SVTL UK based full time in the office night shift 10:30pm-7:00am Sunday - Thursday

Requirements

With previous experience of working within post-production operations, you will have a track record of providing a high-level service to major clients.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Sound knowledge of post-production workflows and digital file delivery
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and a proven ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts
  • Managing and training a new team
  • Experience of successfully managing key campaigns
