Senior Veterinary Surgeon (Surgical Bias) – Flexible Role
Salary: Up to £65,000 (FTE, DOE)
Join a stable, growing team at a dynamic veterinary practice during an exciting moment in their development. This ideal role for a veterinary surgeon with a surgical bias offers flexibility, mentorship opportunities, and a supportive environment.
About the Role
- Primary Focus: Develop and enhance surgery capabilities within the practice
- Mentorship: Lead junior team members, ensure clinical excellence
- Flexibility: Majority weekdays; occasional Saturday mornings (max 1 in 4), plus school-hours scheduling possible
- Team Support: Collaborate with a seasoned clinical team; no on-call (OOH) duties
- Commitment: Full-time or part-time arrangements welcome
- CPD & Certifications: Generous allowance to support your professional growth
- Out-of-Hours: No evening or weekend on-call; setztek- условия закрытия
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Surgical Advancement: Expand and maintain surgery services in practice, aligning with team and client needs
- Mentorship & Quality: Guide junior staff, maintain high clinical standards and patient outcomes
- Client Care: Work with small mammals, exotic pets, and dental cases within a client-focused team
- Team Culture: Attend consult sync-ups, share insights, and contribute to practice innovation
