We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, AI Product Manager to join our EMEA Innovation team. This role is located in London, UK.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Product delivery and execution
- Translate business needs, discovery findings, and stakeholder priorities into product requirements, backlog priorities, delivery plans, and release scopes.
- Support the delivery of AI-enabled products, agent-enabled workflows, intelligent automation capabilities, and decision-support tools.
- Work with product, design, AI, data, engineering, risk, and business teams to move opportunities from concept to prototype, MVP, pilot, or handoff.
- Coordinate across teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies, clarify decisions, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure product artefacts are clear, actionable, and suitable for technical, business, risk, and executive audiences.
AI-enabled workflow transformation
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation, augmentation, workflow redesign, and decision intelligence within specific business domains.
- Partner with designers to convert journey maps, pain points, service blueprints, and discovery insights into practical product opportunities.
- Work with AI and engineering partners to shape early solution concepts, prompts, data needs, workflow logic, user interactions, and operating requirements.
- Use approved AI tools responsibly to accelerate synthesis, requirements development, prototyping, testing, and decision support.
- Evaluate AI outputs critically and help the team understand limitations, risk, quality, and suitability for enterprise use.
Responsible delivery and measurement
- Define and track product-level metrics such as adoption, time saved, workflow efficiency, risk reduction, user satisfaction, decision quality, or operational impact.
- Ensure responsible AI, data handling, privacy, control, compliance, and operational resilience considerations are raised early and built into solution design.
- Support testing, feedback loops, adoption planning, and continuous improvement.
- Help create decision-ready materials for senior stakeholders, including product narratives, roadmap views, status updates, and handoff packs.
Collaboration and team contribution
- Work fluidly across product, design, engineering, AI, data, business, risk, and engagement disciplines.
- Support a culture of fast feedback, open challenge, shared learning, and high accountability.
- Collaborate closely with engagement leads and analysts to ensure project rhythm, follow-up, decisions, and documentation are maintained.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to reusable product, AI, and delivery practices across the team.
- Help build product capability maturity in the EMEA Innovation function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Required Experience And Skills
- Strong experience in product management, AI-enabled product delivery, enterprise software delivery, digital transformation, intelligent automation, or workflow product development.
- Understanding of generative AI, LLM-enabled systems, intelligent automation, agent-enabled workflows, and AI-powered product capabilities.
- Experience translating complex business problems into requirements, backlogs, prototypes, user stories, roadmaps, or delivery scopes.
- Experience working with engineering, AI, data science, design, platform, or business teams to deliver product solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology concepts such as APIs, workflows, data flows, permissions, integrations, microservices, observability, and production-readiness.

- Resilient when work changes direction or early ideas do not survive testing.
- Curious and self-directed, with a strong appetite to learn new domains and technologies.
- Strong at creating clarity, structure, and momentum.
- Risk-aware, responsible, and thoughtful about the implications of AI in enterprise workflows.
- Able to communicate complexity simply and support decisions with evidence.
- Motivated by measurable outcomes rather than activity alone.

- Experience in innovation, transformation, consulting, product operations, or emerging technology teams.
- Product, agile, cloud, AI, or delivery certifications are helpful but not required where equivalent experience is demonstrated.
