Senior Vice President-Enterprise Product & GTM Strategy -12 month FTC

FTC 12 Months Location: Altrincham or London Hybrid: 3 days a week in our office

About Us Dragonpass is a leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits for frequent flyers and global citizens. We’re a B2B2C business offering a suite of premium travel and lifestyle benefits through our enterprise clients, who pass these benefits on to their end customers.

Role Overview We are looking for a commercially minded Product Leader to drive the strategy, development and performance of our most important enterprise solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, user experience and commercial strategy, with full ownership of how we design, deliver and scale high-value propositions for global clients. You will lead the creation of customer-centric product experiences, balancing bespoke enterprise needs with scalable platform capabilities, and ensuring strong adoption, engagement and long-term value.

What we’re looking for Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in complex, enterprise or platform environments Strong commercial acumen, with experience in GTM, monetisation, or enterprise deal shaping Ability to balance bespoke client needs with scalable product development Deep understanding of user journeys, customer experience and data-led decision making Confident senior stakeholder leadership, with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive teams
