Key Responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Video Editor - Paid ads your mission is to produce high-performing direct-response video ads that drive revenue across Trafilea’s DTC brands. You’ll transform briefs, hooks, insights, and raw footage into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ads, executed with speed, precision, and a performance mindset. You’ll leverage AI-powered tools and rapid experimentation to iterate faster, improve creative output, and scale what works using data-informed decision-making (CTR, CVR, retention, ROAS). Produce high-volume direct-response video ads optimized for paid placements across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Create multiple variants per concept (hooks, angles, pacing, structures) to support structured testing and iteration. Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate creative production and iteration, generating testable variations while maintaining brand consistency. Translate performance insights into concrete editing decisions, iterating quickly with strong versioning discipline and documented learnings. Build clear DTC narratives (problem/solution, demo, testimonial, unboxing, comparison, educational, objection-handling) that drive retention and conversion. Apply motion graphics and design fundamentals (typography, spacing, contrast, readability) to improve clarity and performance outcomes. Own workflows end to end, maintaining clean asset organization, naming, and versioning. Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, integrating feedback quickly and proactively proposing improvements.
5+ years of video editing experience, with a strong background in social media and performance-oriented content for DTC brands. Proven experience producing video ads and social-first content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube. Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud workflows. Hands-on experience using AI tools to support creative production, iteration, and efficiency. Good understanding of direct-response and social video editing techniques, including hooks, pacing, retention, and clarity-first storytelling. Ability to maintain a high quality bar while working at speed and volume. Strong sense of ownership, organization, and reliability. Ability to work in a hybrid model based in CABA, attending the office 2 days per week.
