Job Title: Senior Video & Post Production Editor
Seniority: 4-7yrs Experience in an Agency

Work Setup: Hybrid 3 office 2 home / week (Dubai)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: 26,000AED/month
You will need to earn £83,000 a year in the UK pre tax to take 26,000aed per month home
Job Summary
These guys move fast. They’re a small, ambitious creative agency producing standout work across social and out-of-home. They’re looking for a Senior Video & Post Production Editor who can elevate ideas through exceptional craft and occasionally take a brief and run with it to create something genuinely brilliant.
This role is ideal for someone confident in their editing ability, strong across sound and motion, and is proficient when using AI tools to enhance the creative output.
You’ll be working across social-first campaigns and large-format OOH executions, so adaptability and attention to format are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for social-first campaigns and OOH placements across digital screens and physical spaces
- Utilise AI tools within the editing workflow where appropriate, whether for efficiency, ideation, enhancement, clean-up, or generative creative experimentation.
- Craft engaging, platform-optimised content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, and digital OOH.
- Execute high-quality sound design, pacing, rhythm, and music integration to elevate storytelling.
- Develop motion graphics, typography, supers, transitions, and light VFX to enhance narrative and brand identity.
- Adapt edits across multiple aspect ratios and formats, ensuring technical accuracy for social and large-scale OOH placements.
- Confidently interpret briefs and, where required, push creative further by proposing fresh editorial approaches.
- Work closely with creatives, strategists, and account teams to meet tight timelines without compromising quality
- Apply colour grading and finishing techniques to ensure polished, client-ready outputs
- Manage media efficiently and maintain a clean, scalable workflow across projects.
- Support and nurture up and coming talent.

Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in video editing within an agency, production company, or content studio environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Working knowledge of Higgsfield, Weavy or similar tools is a bonus.
- Strong sound design sensibility and an understanding of how audio drives emotion and impact.
- Confident in motion graphics and comfortable building assets rather than relying solely on templates.
- Experience delivering content specifically for social platforms and an understanding of how content performs across them.
- Familiarity with OOH technical requirements and scaling creative for large-format screens is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of projects when needed.
- Ability to interpret scripts or briefs and elevate them through craft
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator who can thrive in a small, collaborative team
