Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative – Video & Self-Shooting Producer/Director (Senior Video Producer) to join our Creative team. - Lead the development and delivery of high-quality video content from idea through to final delivery, across editorial, marketing, and commercial projects.
- Act as a senior creative lead on productions, combining strong editorial judgement with hands-on self-shooting, directing, presenting, and editing.
- Manage and develop video producers and junior team members, while overseeing freelance videographers to ensure the right capability is in place across projects.
- Translate briefs into strong creative treatments, production plans, pitches, and commercially viable ideas that support client and organizational objectives.
- Work collaboratively across BFBS Creative’s wider offer, including strategy, research and insight, and evaluation, to create content that supports audience engagement, marketing outcomes, and meaningful change.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
