We are hiring a Senior Video Producer

With a genuine editing background and proven experience leading a production team. You have cut professionally and have set the standard for a team's output before. You are comfortable with AI video tools and use them actively. Your foundation is craft and leadership.

This is a management role. You will lead a small team: a Video Production Coordinator who owns on-set and traditional post-production, and a roster of editors. You set the standard, you run the output, and you own the production pipeline end to end, including its AI components. Your editing background gives you the technical authority to manage closely. You will work directly with the founders and take on greater ownership as the department scales.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage the video production team, including a Video Production Coordinator and editors. Set clear expectations, review output, and maintain the quality bar.
  • Own the production pipeline from brief to finished asset: generation, post-production, quality control, and delivery.
  • Produce and oversee high-volume ad variations, using AI video tools including HeyGen, Kling, VO3, ElevenLabs, RunwayML, and whatever comes next, alongside traditional production methods.
  • Bridge AI-generated output and traditional post-production where it is used. Generate in AI tools, then cut and polish in Premiere or After Effects, so the seam is invisible.
  • Build and maintain the production systems the team runs on: asset tracking, version control, status visibility, and quality checkpoints in Notion.
  • Coordinate across editors, the production coordinator, and copy and creative teams to keep timelines on track.
  • Stay current with new AI tools and integrate the ones that compound the department's output.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the production process. You are accountable for pace as well as quality.
  • Contribute to the creative direction of ad formats, test new approaches, and feed performance data back into the production workflow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For

  • An editing background. You have cut professionally and can open Premiere or After Effects to diagnose and fix a post-production problem yourself.
  • Proven experience managing a production team or workflow, where you set the standard for others.
  • Experience coordinating production workflows across editors and creative teams: briefs, timelines, review rounds, and delivery.
  • An active interest in AI video production. You use AI tools and know what good AI assisted output looks like, even if you are not a specialist in any single tool.
  • Experience in a fast-turnaround content environment such as DTC, social, eCommerce, gaming, or lead gen.
  • Systems-oriented. You have built processes for a team and left workflows in better shape than you found them.
  • Low ego, high ownership. You do the work yourself and clear roadblocks on your own initiative
