Our Team: How we enrich everyday life:

You’ll be joining the team behind Hits Radio, the brand on a mission to become the UK’s biggest pop station. We create social-first content that connects audiences with the biggest names in music, entertainment and popular culture, delivering social video that is relatable, entertaining and authentic.

The Hits Social Video team is part of the wider Bauer Social Video Hub: as part of this you’ll collaborate with teams across brands such as KISS, Magic, Absolute Radio and Greatest Hits Radio in a creative, fast-paced environment. As Senior Video Producer, you will work closely with the Hits Radio Social Media Lead and report into the Head of Video.

The Difference You Will Make:

You’ll lead the editorial social video output for Hits Radio, creating content that entertains millions of viewers across multiple platforms. You’ll act as a technical lead in a hands-on role, shooting and editing content on a daily basis. You’ll help shape the video strategy, drive YouTube growth and deliver world-class social content while working with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment, including Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Billie Eilish and Andrew Garfield.

Your Role:

You'll lead the creation and delivery of engaging, social-first video content for Hits Radio across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. With a particular focus on the Hits Radio YouTube channel, you'll champion platform best practice and deliver outstanding video content. You’ll manage projects from conception through to delivery, often juggling multiple deadlines at once.

You'll support and develop a Junior Video Producer as your direct report, as well as mentoring editors and producers from the wider Social Video Hub.

  • Filming video content both in our studios and on location
  • Managing all stages of video production from pre-production through to delivery
  • Directing celebrity talent, presenters and contributors during shoots
  • Overseeing technical capture including cameras, lighting and audio
  • Leading internal teams and freelance crews on productions
  • Editing long-form YouTube content and short-form social video
  • Managing the Hits Radio YouTube channel and championing YouTube best practice
  • Developing new content formats, visual identities and creative concepts
  • Reviewing content and maintaining high production standards
  • Mentoring and developing junior members of the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
