Senior Visual Designer (Product & Brand)
B2B AI SaaS scale-up
Salary: £60,000–£90,000 DOE
Location: Remote in the UK or within 1–2 hours of London time
We’re working with a fast-growing B2B AI company hiring a Senior or Lead Visual Designer to work across brand, communications and product.
The role is weighted towards brand and creative work, spanning campaigns, launches, website, content, sales materials and broader customer-facing communications. They also need someone with strong enough UI craft to help the digital product feel more polished, distinctive and connected to the wider brand.
Their platform helps businesses find, reach and convert customers. It looks relatively simple from the outside, but underneath it brings together AI, automation, customer data, deliverability, campaign tooling and complex product workflows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The company has grown quickly, and its brand now needs to catch up with the scale and ambition of the product.
You would work across:
- Brand campaigns, launches and customer communications
- Website, landing pages and product storytelling
- Sales, social and content design
- Visual identity, systems and guidelines
- Product UI and visual design for digital applications
- Consistency across brand, marketing and product
There is plenty still to shape. This is not a role where everything is already polished and you are simply working within a finished system. You would have room to bring more clarity, consistency, taste and character to a business with serious commercial momentum.
You’ll probably be a good fit if you have:
- Senior or lead-level experience across visual, brand or communications design
- Strong craft across typography, layout, hierarchy, colour and composition
- Experience designing websites and digital applications alongside brand work
- A portfolio showing thoughtful brand and communications work, as well as polished UI
- Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, fintech, productivity tools or another complex digital environment
- A good understanding of how brand should translate across marketing and product
- The judgement to make B2B software feel distinctive without making it cold or overworked
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and turning loose briefs into clear creative directions
