Clariness is looking for a Senior VP Sales (f/m/d/) based in Germany, UK, US, Serbia, South Africa.
About the role:
Clariness helps patients access clinical trials faster through our ClinLife® platform, active in 50+ countries. In this role, you will turn expertise into real-world impact, connecting patients with studies and accelerating medical breakthroughs. As a Senior VP Sales, you would be responsible for:
- Make a real impact by driving initiatives that support our business strategy and growth.
- Partner with colleagues across functions to turn ideas into meaningful results.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, creating lasting value and trust.
- Take ownership of projects, solve complex challenges, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Continuously improve processes, embrace innovation, and help shape the future of how we work.
- Share your expertise, support your colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas that help us remain competitive.
- Act as an ambassador for our values, delivering an outstanding experience for colleagues, clients, and partners.
We would like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of sales and business development experience with responsibility for achieving commercial targets.
- Proven experience working with large pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology, CROs, or the broader life sciences industry.
- Experience across key commercial and marketing disciplines, including communications, demand generation, and product marketing, in international markets.
- Experience supporting or leading large-scale patient recruitment campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic client relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing commercial or marketing talent is an advantage.
- Self-driven, strategic, and customer-focused with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
