About The Role
We’re pushing boundaries and are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Waiter to join our front-line team at Arcade Battersea Power Station (BPS).
In a buzzing atmosphere surrounding globally inspired kitchens, you’ll electrify guest experiences in our fast-paced environment. This is your chance to be part of one of London’s most exciting dining destinations.
Role and Responsibilities
As an experienced Waiter at Arcade BPS, you'll:
- Be in charge of opening and closing the restaurant
- Assists with training and development of junior staff members
- Communicate with guests confidently and professionally
- Define, deliver, and maintain a consistent and high standard service
- Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile
- Handle order-taking, food and drink service and offer menu recommendations
- Manage the restaurant in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain, update, and document cleaning schedules and checklist records
- Comply with all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures

Key Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Bring 3+ years of experience as a Senior Waiter or Head Waiter in a similar busy, high-volume environment.
- Match experience in an environment comparable to ours—800 to 1,200 guests per busy day.
- Have a passion for food, service, and unforgettable guest interactions.
- Excel at interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with strong teamwork abilities.
- Maintain a calm, confident demeanor while multitasking under pressure.
- Embrace a warm and approachable personality that connects naturally with guests and colleagues.
