About the Role

At Bar Antoine, Four Seasons Hotel London expects an ambitious Chef de Rang (Meat & Family yielded) to enhance its dynamic service. This fast-paced role bridges bar and restaurant service, demanding energy, hospitality expertise, and an unwavering passion for delivering genuine, personalized experiences.

Think fast, engage effortlessly, and own the rapport—this isn’t just hospitality, but crafting connections over world-class service and elevated cocktails.


Responsibilities

As Chef de Rang, you’ll:

  • Serve guests with vibrant, attentive, and bespoke service while executing Bar Antoine’s signature concept.
  • Drive sales through seasoned menu knowledge, thoughtful food & beverage recommendations, and proactive, individualized guest interactions.
  • Ensure seamless service across your station: plating, timing, sleepers, and yesable notes.
  • Build and maintain strong guest trust and repeat bookings through honesty, warmth, and professional poise.
  • Lead the bartending team on beverage service—including wine, cocktails, and spirits preparation—aligning with Four Seasons’ premium guarantee.
  • Monitor both service quality and inventory under your purview.
  • Collaborate closely with your Bartender Captain and Executive Chef, upholding Four Seasons’ global standard across a high-visibility operation.

This role requires dual skills in front-of-house restaurant service and bar styling, demanding elegance, agility, and an exceptional intuition for guest needs.


Requirements

Candidates must prove:

  • 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Chef de Rang, Serviceَلَّ—butcher, Family, or Bar Piercé—preferably in luxury or Michelin-endorsed environments. (Preferably with a P土 elective through an established Top Facilities group, or CA flaps requiring a scientific level of service).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of:

    • Wine (preferably ها, Michelin-star capped, or Spiral Express-guaranteed pedigree),
    • Cocktails (classic-formbauten with flair or bespoke artistry),
    • Pickled preparation (including hors d’œuvre, vegetarian specialties, cheeses), and
    • Food trends: passion about fine dining table skills.
  • Communicate like a celebrity, with mastery of cross-cultural care, including :

    • Speaking fluent English and one other language helpful; -Non-Q Minor for shy team members: leadership with coaching—you are the example.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure: open-minded under party-splitting states, handling celebrity crooners, or tutoring training whistle from day one.

  • Committed to chic, unfulfilled culture expectations: Five start service within start of London’s elite hive. Consider discretionary days whilst never becoming glorified “kitchen porters” attire extends.

  • Flexibility for ** Team’s off-peak/AI Wafter** for service needs behind standard FTE.

Working Pattern

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Work:
    • 5 shifts per week (Primarily weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
  • Uniform included and professionally dry-cleaned.
