We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, overseeing goods in and goods out, stock control, and order processing.
Grand Prix Racewear is one of the UK’s leading motorsport retailers, supplying racewear, helmets, karting equipment and motorsport accessories to customers across the UK and around the world. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Warehouse Operative to join our team at our headquarters in Silverstone.
This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse organisation
- Supporting the supervision and development of the warehouse team
- Ensuring high standards of health, safety and housekeeping
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory management
- Identifying and implementing improvements to warehouse processes
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, reliable and hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator and team player
- Experienced in a senior or supervisory warehouse role (preferred)
