Job Description
Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced Senior Warranty Engineer to join our team at the Riverside II Energy Recovery Facility. In this key customer-facing role, you will manage warranty activities throughout the contractual warranty period, ensuring client satisfaction, contractual compliance, and the effortless resolution of technical challenges.
Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships while supporting the long-term performance and reliability of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty activities to ensure fulfilment of all contractual guarantee obligations and address warranty claims efficiently through investigation, coordination, and reliable issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by leading regular stakeholder meetings, handling warranty claims, and professionally representing Kanadevia Inova’s interests in a commercial and transparent manner.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements, enforcing safe working practices and adherence to all company policies and licensing standards.
- Coordinate annual maintenance activities with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and successful, on-time project delivery.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and facilitate handover of projects into operational service. Share lessons learned with product development managers and identify new commercial follow-on opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Energy-from-Waste (EfW) or comparable power generation/industrial plants, offering deep expertise in plant processes and products.
- Hands-on knowledge in managing warranty, commissioning, or maintenance activities across complex engineering projects, with a strong preference for candidates with installation and commissioning experience.
- A strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage contractual obligations, claims, and stakeholder relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Leadership and problem-solving capabilities to drive practical, cost-effective solutions and guide multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prior experience working within international industrial environments, with excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
