Senior Wealth Administrator
Senior Wealth Planning Assistant
Location: London | Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 Days Office)
A highly respected independent wealth management business is seeking a skilled Senior Wealth Planning Assistant to join its dynamic Wealth Planning team. This role offers the chance to work in a client-focused, collaborative environment, supporting high-net-worth private clients through every stage of their financial planning.
The Role
This critical position involves delivering exceptional client service through effective administrative support, financial planning documentation, and operational management. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Financial Planners and the Head of Wealth Planning with day-to-day administration
- Preparing client meeting packs, reports, and annual review documentation
- Managing client records, tasks, and workflows within Intelligent Office
- Processing new business, fund switches, and withdrawals
- Liaising with product providers and third-party stakeholders
- Obtaining Letters of Authority and gathering plan information
- Producing valuations, illustrations, and performance comparisons
- Conducting market research to inform adviser recommendations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal colleagues
- Assisting with process improvement projects to enhance client service

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
✅ 5+ years’ experience within wealth planning or financial planning administration ✅ A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) ✅ In-depth knowledge of financial planning products and processes ✅ Hands-on experience with Intelligent Office ✅ Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail ✅ Strong communication abilities—capable of interacting professionally with clients, product providers, and colleagues ✅ The ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
