Known for its stable history and client-centric approach, the firm offers a comprehensive suite of structured wealth solutions, portfolio management, and specialized credit services.

The organization is recognized for fostering a workplace culture built on teamwork, career development, and a high standard of professional ethics. Due to sustained market growth in the Isle of Man, they are currently looking to hire experienced Wealth Advisers to join the business.

The Isle of Man, is safe, beautiful, has a low cost of living & low tax (20% flat rate) and with it's small, affluent population, it's the perfect location for a wealth adviser. It's a short flight to all major UK airports so visiting home at the weekends is easy.

The Role

This is a senior-level advisory position focused on managing and expanding an established portfolio of affluent private clients. Operating within a strict regulatory framework, the successful candidate will deliver strategic, compliant financial guidance to achieve optimal client outcomes.

The position suits an experienced individual contributor who thrives on commercial delivery, client retention, and market growth. While primarily focused on personal portfolio performance, the individual will serve as a senior figure within the office, mentoring junior colleagues and championing best practices across the wider advisory team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
