Job Title: Senior Developer
Location: Hybrid – University of Warwick / Remote
About the Role
The University of Warwick is looking for experienced Software Engineers to join the Warwick Employment Group (WEG). This is an exciting opportunity for developers with a strong background in building modern, web-based applications and services who are eager to contribute to a brand-new project tackling interesting and ambitious technical challenges.
Joining us at an early stage of development means you’ll play a key role in shaping the platform from the ground up. You will be working alongside a collaborative team of developers who care about building well-designed software and solving real problems.

About You
You’re someone who:
- Has proven experience developing modern applications using technologies such as C#, Angular, AWS, and microservices-based architectures
- Enjoys working collaboratively in an open, inclusive environment where ideas are shared and valued
- Cares about engineering excellence, applying a standards-driven approach with a focus on maintainability, performance, and quality
