Job Title: Senior Web & SEO Manager
Location: Euston, London / Hybrid
Salary: £60,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
We are seeking a Senior Web & SEO Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence and lead the strategy for how the business is discovered, experienced, and converted online.
This is a senior, high-impact role at the centre of our growth function. You will be responsible for how the website performs as a commercial channel, ensuring it operates as a key driver of organic acquisition rather than purely a marketing asset. In doing so, you will shape both the technical and content foundations required for sustainable organic growth.
You will define the direction of SEO and web performance, raise standards across the platform, and ensure the business remains ahead of changes in search, including the shift towards AI-driven discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end email marketing and automation strategy, including segmentation, campaign planning, delivery, and optimisation
- Design, build, and optimise automated lifecycle journeys including welcome, nurture, abandonment, re-engagement, and retention flows
- Develop and maintain segmentation and personalisation strategies using behavioural, transactional, and CRM data
- Own email deliverability, list health, and GDPR compliance, ensuring strong inbox placement and sender reputation
- Monitor, analyse, and report on email and automation performance, using insight to drive continuous improvement
- Design and deliver a structured testing programme across email content, timing, segmentation, and journey logic
- Translate testing outcomes into clear learnings and embed improvements into ongoing best practice
- Act as the lead specialist for email and automation, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and managing key external partners

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
