Senior Recruiter – Web3 Specialisation

What You’ll Do
- Run active searches end-to-to-end, from sourcing to hiring closure
- Source proactively through:
- Our existing candidate database
- Your personal network
- Web3-native channels that deliver results
- Daily candidate engagement:
- Qualify, build genuine relationships, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Close deals effectively
- Sell opportunities honestly and persuasively—attracting the strongest talent to the right Web3 roles
- Develop business opportunities along the way, initiating new client conversations based on market insights

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Web3 recruiting experience—you know the companies, roles, and hiring dynamics of the space
- A strong closer with a stated track record in high-value placements
- Career seniority—ready to run a recruiting desk independently, without micromanagement
- Exceptional communication skills, earning trust and preference from both candidates and clients
- Genuine passion for Web3—beyond buzzwords; you’re sincerely curious about the industry’s evolution
- Leadership and mentorship demonstrated through prior management responsibilities
- Highly autonomous and trustworthy—able to own their work and deliver remotely without supervision

What You’ll Get
