The Role
Your primary focus will be driving end-to-end talent acquisition:
- Active sourcing—utilise our database, network, and effective channels to identify top Web3 candidates
- Daily candidate interactions—qualify leads, build relationships, manage through processes, and secure strong placements
- Tuition-focused recruitment—honestly sell opportunities to genuinely excite candidates about the right roles
- Business development—spot and initiate client conversations to drive new business

Who We’re Looking For
We require experienced Web3 recruiters with:
- Proven Web3 hiring expertise—knowledge of companies, roles, and market hiring trends
- Strong closing skills—with a consistent track record of placements
- Leadership capability—senior enough to self-manage without oversight
- Exceptional communication—candidates and clients should trust, listen to, and seek work with you
- True passion for Web3—more than buzzwords—you’re genuinely curious about the ecosystem
- Leadership credentials—deemonstratable management, mentorship, or team ownership experience
- Highly autonomous & trustworthy—must handle remote responsibilities independently & effectively
