Since 2022, we have been placing exceptional talent at VC-backed startups and we're looking for a recruiter who already knows this world extremely well. There’s a big opportunity to be leading the whole division if this person impresses.
What you'll do
- Run active searches end to end, from sourcing through to close
- Source through our database of existing candidates, your own network, and the channels that actually work in Web3
- Speak to candidates daily - qualify, build relationships, manage them through process, and close
- Sell the opportunity honestly and well, getting strong people genuinely excited about the right roles
- Pick up business development as you go: spotting and opening client conversations

What we're looking for
- Proven Web3 recruiting experience. You know the companies, the roles, and how this market hires
- A strong closer with a track record
- Senior enough to run a desk without hand-holding
- A sharp communicator candidates (and clients) trust and want to talk to
- Genuinely curious about the space, not just here for the buzzwords
- Proof of leadership/management and mentorship skills
- Highly autonomous, responsible, and can be trusted to own their work remotely
