This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury fashion brand as a Senior Wholesale Sales Executive, supporting the growth and success of the wholesale business across key UK and international accounts.
Working closely with the Head of Wholesale, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, coordinating seasonal collections, and ensuring the seamless execution of wholesale operations from order placement through to delivery. This role offers exposure to both commercial and operational aspects of the wholesale function, making it ideal for someone looking to develop a long-term career within luxury fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Sales & Account Management
- Support the management and growth of wholesale accounts across premium and luxury retail partners.
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivering an exceptional level of service and support.
- Assist with seasonal selling activities, market appointments, and account development initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain sales tools, pricing documents, and customer-facing materials.

Showroom & Market Support
- Support showroom preparation, buyer appointments, and seasonal market activities.
- Coordinate samples, merchandising materials, and collection presentations.
- Provide support during trade shows and key selling periods as required.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years' experience within wholesale, sales support, or account management, ideally within luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of wholesale processes and customer account management.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with ERP or wholesale management systems.
- Professional, customer-focused approach aligned with a premium brand environment.

Desirable
- Experience within luxury womenswear, menswear, or premium fashion.
- Exposure to international wholesale markets.
- Additional language skills such as French, German, or Italian.
