We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Workday Analyst to join our Workday team here at Harrods. The Senior Workday Analyst role will lead the design and optimisation of Workday solutions across defined functional domains, leading solution design and optimisation to ensure Workday delivers reliable, scalable outcomes for the business.
About the Role
Reporting to a Principal Workday Lead, the role provides functional expertise to senior stakeholders, translating organisational priorities into effective Workday solutions. The role will also work closely with our HR Operations and HRIS Teams to deliver key projects and optimisations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities Design and configure Business Processes, security modules, eligibility logic and calculation fields Provide mentoring and technical guidance to Workday Analysts, reviewing configuration, design outputs and case responses Leads end-to-end functional design for assigned Workday modules, ensuring solutions align with platform standards and governance Contribute to the development of platform standards, design principles, and best practice guidance
About You
The ideal will have a strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday, with deep expertise in one or more functional module (Compensation, Benefits etc) as well as demonstrated experience leading complex Workday solution design rather than purely executing configuration.

It is important that you have a strong understanding of Business Processes, security architecture and cross-functional dependencies as well as the ability to challenge requirements constructively and propose best-practice solutions beyond the "as-is"
You will also have the following; Experience supporting Workday releases and managing functional risk and regression testing Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and explaining technical decisions in business terms Workday certifications relevant to functional domains preferred, but not mandatory A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to coach and support others Comfortable working in an environment where demand, priorities, and ways of working continue to evolve
