Focus on WD is working with a market-leading Global End user who is currently in the process of deploying Workday Financials with a go-live date of early 2027. We are looking for a Senior Workday Financials Lead Analyst to champion the implementation internally from both a hands on and strategic perspective.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Workday Financials solutions, combined with a strong understanding of finance operations and procurement processes. You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day delivery, and driving change within complex global organisations.

Job Title: Senior Workday Financials Lead Analyst
Location: London - Fully remote
Salary: From £80,000 - £90,000 per annum plus bonus/benefits DOE
This is a full-time permanent position.

Key Deliverables:
- Own the delivery and ongoing evolution of the Workday Source-to-Pay platform, including Expenses, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing.
- Turn business requirements into scalable, user-focused solutions.
- Partner with implementation teams to deliver a successful rollout, from design through to testing and go-live.
- Drive the product roadmap, prioritising enhancements that deliver real business value.
- Optimise processes, reporting and platform performance through continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to maintain strong governance, compliance and data quality.
- Be the go-to Workday expert, supporting users, solving complex challenges and championing best practice.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end Workday Financials implementation.
- Hands-on configuration experience across Workday Procurement, Expenses, Strategic Sourcing, and Accounts Payable.
- A solid understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, financial controls and regulatory considerations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
- Any additional experience with Adaptive Planning or Prism Analytics would be advantageous though not necessary to apply.
