About the Role

Workplace & Experience Team
Who you’ll be working with and reporting to
You will be reporting to our Workplace & Compliance Manager and joining the Workplace & Experience team, a team focusing on building exceptional people experiences and fostering engaging and smooth working environments for everyone.
We support Pleo’s offices across 11+ countries and 3 continents, with the goal of bringing everyone together in workspaces that:
- Focus on wellbeing,
- Help drive engagement,
- Support performance.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Workplace Coordinator, you will look after:

Event & Community Management
- Plan Summer or Winter gatherings or sustainability programmes.
- Manage budgets and promote employee engagement.

Office Management
- Ensure office spaces are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with organizational needs.

Physical Security Oversight
- Manage access control systems,
- Conduct CCTV monitoring,
- Oversee visitor management protocols,
- Ensure a safe environment for all employees and guests.

- Continuously improve the workplace experience through stakeholder and employee feedback.

- Hosting groups from other offices – ensuring smooth operations.

- Follow up and monitoring,

What You Bring to the Role
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in workplace, office, property, or facilities management (or projects & budget management).
- Experience managing a budget close to £1M.
- Passion for:
- Organising,
- Bringing structure and value,
- Optimising,
- Communicating,
- Building relationships.
- A hands-on, warfaring attitude with leadership skill in:
- Client or supplier negotiations,
- Operational priorities.
- Knowledge of:
- Workplace technology,
- Current trends in office design & hybrid work environments.
- Familiarity with tools:
- Slack,
- G’Suite (especially sheets),
- Notion.
- Event planning & community-building experience.
