About Hg2 Content Lab

Hg2 Content Lab is a boutique luxury content and brand consultancy working across hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and premium consumer sectors. We partner with distinguished brands, from iconic hotels to world-class experiences, crafting stories that elevate their narrative and connect with global audiences. Our work spans editorial, CRM, web copy, newsletters, brand storytelling, strategic content planning, and thought leadership across international luxury brands and hotel groups. We are looking for a highly intelligent, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Writer & Content Marketing Strategist to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a hybrid editorial, operational, and client-facing role suited to someone who combines exceptional writing ability with strong organisational and account management skills. The successful candidate will lead and manage content workflows across a range of luxury hospitality and lifestyle accounts while also contributing high-quality editorial and CRM content. The role requires someone who is naturally proactive, commercially aware, calm under pressure, and able to think critically and strategically across multiple moving parts.

We are looking for someone who can balance strong editorial instincts with operational ownership, workflow coordination, and thoughtful client communication.

The ideal candidate is someone who anticipates issues before they arise, asks intelligent questions, proactively manages timelines, and consistently maintains high standards in written work and project delivery. In addition, the candidate must also have a strong understanding of how editorial content supports broader brand positioning, audience engagement, and marketing objectives across luxury and hospitality brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
