Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Jayson Roby (Loljayson TV), a personality-driven commentary and reaction creator known for viral hits, is on the hunt for their Senior YouTube Content Strategist & Creative Director to own the creative engine behind two established channels! We're helping them fill this position.
If you're passionate about YouTube strategy, packaging, and building videos people genuinely want to watch, this is the right role for you.
Requirements:
- You've worked on YouTube channels with strong long-form growth
- You understand audience retention and click-through rate at a deep level
- You think strategically rather than simply executing tasks
- You love studying YouTube and constantly analyze what makes videos succeed
- You can confidently challenge ideas and explain why something will or won't perform
- You're organized, proactive, and comfortable leading creative discussions
- You have strong copywriting and content repurposing skills
- You're skilled in CTR optimization and audience retention strategy

Responsibilities:
- Generate and refine high-potential video ideas every week
- Lead weekly ideation sessions
- Evaluate concepts using audience psychology, CTR potential, and retention
- Help develop stronger titles and thumbnail concepts
- Coordinate with editors, thumbnail designers, and researchers
- Build organized production workflows that allow multiple videos to be filmed in batches
- Analyze channel performance and continuously improve future content
