The Role: Senior/Lead Data Solutions Architect
Your mission: Design and uplift data solutions—Single Customer Views, CDPs, Data Lakes, and data models—to support application development, marketing, sales, and research.
Your work will bridge Enterprise Architecture and Data Engineering, creating frameworks that translate business needs into scalable, robust data systems while empowering teams to deploy top-tier solutions tailored to clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data architecture, modelling frameworks, and schemas using best-practice methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients to define complex enterprise data needs, from conceptualisation to physical data models.
- Leverage advanced data infrastructure—Single Customer Views (SCVs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Warehouses, and Lakes—to unify disparate datasets for marketing/sales activation.
- Explore cutting-edge technologies, protocols, and approaches in data modelling, AI, and cloud-native solutions.
- Champion data quality by consulting publicly (client/risk-perception surveys), inputs (APIs, bulk/streaming platforms) and past/core datasets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, assessing needs, aligning teams, and ensuring optimal delivery.
- Engage clients as a trusted technical leader, clarifying development requirements while using frameworks like Data Analysis and Governance.

Key Skills and Experiences
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure: Azure, AWS, GCP databases and AI-driven architectures.
- Design data dictionaries, model governance standards, and meta-data systems to streamline business operations.
- Deep knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server/Azure Postgres, Snowflake, MySQL, MongoDB etc.) and NoSQL; handling SQL & PySpark Programming if required.
- Data Warehouse/ELT/ETL expertise in platforms such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Talend, Informatica/Palanthropic.
- Designed and built SCV, CDP, or Data Warehouse platforms to harmonise marketing/sales purposes.
- Ability to translate statistical methods for modelling client executions.
- Buy-in for Agile scrum practices with a team-focused mindset.
