What if your next project wasn't just another development, but critical infrastructure powering the world's digital future?
As a Senior/Principal Civil Design Engineer, you'll play a leading role in delivering the civil infrastructure that enables hyperscale data centres, AI-ready campuses, cloud computing facilities and other mission critical environments across Europe and beyond. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional development projects and work on some of the most technically demanding and investment-heavy schemes being delivered anywhere in the built environment today.
You'll combine technical expertise, design leadership and client engagement to help create resilient, scalable and sustainable infrastructure solutions that support global technology organisations. Whether it's site development, drainage strategies, utility coordination, highways design or complex multidisciplinary collaboration, your work will directly contribute to facilities that operate 24/7 and support millions of users worldwide.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
