Job Title: Senior / Principal Town Planner

Locations: Exeter, London, Birmingham

The Opportunity

With offices across the UK and a balanced hybrid working model (typically 3 days in the office, 2 from home), this role offers both flexibility and strong team engagement.

You Will

  • Lead and manage a variety of planning projects
  • Provide strategic planning advice to a diverse client base
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Play an active role in business development and client relationships
  • Contribute to delivering successful planning outcomes across sectors

What We're Looking For

  • MRTPI qualified (or working towards for Senior level)
  • Strong experience in town planning (private or public sector)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach
  • A desire to contribute to a growing and ambitious consultancy
