Senior Technical Recruiter – Europe (Remote, Finland-based)

### About the Role
Our full-cycle technical recruitment team partners closely with engineering and product leadership to attract and hire top talent for our R&D functions. With 10 recruiters split between the US and Europe, this role will help establish and expand our recruiting presence in Europe—playing a critical role in scaling our talent pipeline globally.
Work Location: Remote (Finland-based) Candidates based nearby to our Helsinki office can opt for hybrid flexibility, if preferred. The role is also open to candidates in the UK, Poland, or Minsk.
### What You'll Do

Full-Life Cycle Recruiting Manage end-to-end technical hiring—from initial research and sourcing strategies to candidate negotiations and closing offers.

Strategic Talent Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to R&D hiring managers and leaders, aligning technical talent acquisition with long-term business goals.

Data-Driven Sourcing Design and execute market-driven sourcing strategies to access a global pool of high-calibre technical talent.

Stakeholder & Leadership Alignment Build strong relationships with R&D leadership, present market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
- Develop trust-based communication cadences with stakeholders.
- Adapt to ambiguity and problem-solve in a fast-moving tech landscape.

Compensation & Negotiation Collaborate with Total Rewards and Finance on competitive salary packages, equity structures, and performance incentives.

Talent Intelligence & Analytics Provide market mapping, competitor insights, and pipeline health updates to guide data-driven hiring decisions.

Operational Excellence Streamline and enhance the R&D hiring journey, ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

Talent Initiatives & Project Management Lead and implement strategic talent acquisition projects, including:
- Process improvements
- Employer branding initiatives
- Recruiting frameworks and tooling development
### What We Believe Are Important Traits For This Role
Experience & Expertise
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, specialising in Software Development Engineers and Engineering Managers.
- Proven success in high-growth tech environments, preferably in Europe (Finland, Germany, Poland, UK).
- Experience hiring US-based technical talent is a strong bonus.
