Join a fast-moving engineering team building AI-powered enterprise software that transforms how organizations manage complex business workflows. This position offers broad technical ownership across the full stack, the opportunity to influence engineering practices, and the chance to solve challenging real-world problems within a collaborative, remote-first environment. Ideal for experienced engineers who thrive in early-stage settings, the role combines product thinking, customer engagement, and cutting-edge software development.
Accountabilities
- Design, build, and deliver production-ready features across a modern TypeScript technology stack.
- Own backend services, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and serverless cloud infrastructure to ensure scalable and reliable applications.
- Contribute to frontend development using modern React and Next.js technologies when required.
- Partner directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into well-designed technical solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms, enterprise systems, and external APIs.
- Design, deploy, and optimize serverless, event-driven architectures on AWS while contributing to infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Leverage AI coding tools and agents to accelerate software development, while reviewing, validating, testing, and improving generated code to maintain production-quality standards.
- Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, architectural improvements, security best practices, and continuous process enhancements.
- Help shape the technical direction of the platform while identifying new opportunities to improve customer value and product capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
