Kids Pass is one of the UK’s leading family subscription platforms. We give members access to thousands of discounts on attractions, cinema, and days out across the UK. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for talented people to help us become the go-to destination for UK families planning their next adventure.
About the Role
This is a content-first SEO role with real scope to build something meaningful. You will be the primary driver of our content expansion strategy, creating attraction pages, location guides, activity category content and family planning resources that get Kids Pass visible at every stage of the family days out journey.
- You’ll work in a small, collaborative marketing team and have direct influence on the content architecture of a platform used by hundreds of thousands of UK families.
- This is not a role for someone who wants to produce thin content at volume, it’s for someone who understands that comprehensive, well-structured, authoritative pages are what win in both Google and AI search.
What You’ll Do
- Produce and optimise attraction pages, location hub pages, activity category pages and topic pillar content to a defined brief and quality standard.
- Expand existing pages with richer, more useful content: what to expect, opening times, facilities, FAQs, family suitability, accessibility and visit planning information.
- Write AI-optimised content structured for discovery via AI platforms, FAQs, comparison tables, ranked lists and quick-answer summaries.
- Manage a content production pipeline, working from a prioritised roadmap of pages by search opportunity.
- Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis to identify new page opportunities.
- Strengthen internal linking across the site as new content is published.
- Collaborate with our technical SEO resource to ensure pages are correctly structured, tagged and indexed.
- Monitor content performance in Google Search Console and iterate based on results.
- Use AI content tools intelligently to accelerate research and drafting without sacrificing editorial quality.
- Own on-page SEO standards across the website, ensuring all new and existing content is fully optimised for search visibility, user experience and conversion.
- Regularly review and optimise existing content, including metadata, heading structures, internal linking, content depth, FAQs and conversion elements.
- Ensure all content demonstrates strong E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness), supporting both organic rankings and AI visibility.
- Work with internal stakeholders to incorporate original insights, expert commentary, reviews, recommendations and trust signals into content where appropriate.
- Ability to create content that balances organic visibility with commercial objectives, driving both traffic and membership conversion.
- Analyse content performance using Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools, using insights to continuously improve rankings, engagement and conversion performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
