SEO Content Executive (Entry-level)

Role Overview

We’re recruiting an SEO Content Executive (entry-level) to become a key member of our digital team.

Your role will involve:

  • Writing engaging, SEO-optimised website copy across multiple brands.
  • Supporting content strategies for website, email marketing, social media, and other channels.
  • Enhancing organic search visibility for our websites on Google and AI search platforms.
  • Crafting content that resonates with target audiences while boosting rankings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit and proofread SEO-optimised website copy for various brands.
  • Produce content for:
    • Landing pages
    • Blog posts
    • Product categories
    • Email newsletters
    • Marketing campaigns
  • Develop content strategies to improve organic search visibility, working closely with the SEO Content Manager.
  • Optimise product pages with new metadata, descriptions, and headings.
  • Research, write and publish blog posts while assisting with content calendars.
  • Create localised content for UK store pages.
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimisations (including titles, meta descriptions, headers, links, and alt text).
  • Analyse competitors and identify content gaps and opportunities.
  • Assist with CMS management (uploading and formatting content online).
  • Learn to use tools like:
    • Ahrefs
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Analytics
    • Any SEOs and AI software
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create, brief, test and schedule email newsletters.

Essential Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone.
  • Familiarity in SEO or marketing is valuable but not mandatory (commitment to learning is key).
  • Passionate about continuous self-improvement in SEO, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to software/tools (full training provided).
