About the Agency
We are a London-based retail and ecommerce agency helping ambitious brands grow through performance-led digital marketing. We work with a range of retail, DTC and ecommerce clients to improve visibility, traffic, and revenue through smart, commercially focused SEO strategies.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven SEO Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of SEO experience who wants to develop their skills across technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research and performance reporting within a fast-paced agency environment.
The Role
As SEO Executive, you will support the planning and delivery of SEO strategies across a portfolio of retail and ecommerce clients. You’ll work closely with the SEO team, content specialists, account managers, and developers to help improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
This role would suit someone who is analytical, organised, and proactive, with a solid grounding in SEO fundamentals and a genuine interest in retail and ecommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of SEO strategies for a portfolio of retail and ecommerce clients
- Carry out keyword research to identify growth opportunities across category, product, and content pages
- Assist with on-page optimisation, including metadata, headings, internal linking, copy recommendations, and content briefs
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and flag issues affecting crawlability, indexation, site performance, and rankings
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
- Help produce SEO reports with clear commentary on rankings, traffic, visibility, and key performance trends
- Support content planning by identifying opportunities for landing pages, buying guides, blog content, and seasonal campaigns
- Work with developers and client teams to help implement SEO recommendations and resolve technical issues
- Carry out competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends within retail and ecommerce markets
- Stay up to date with SEO best practice, search engine updates, and ecommerce trends
- Contribute ideas to improve client performance and support wider agency growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
